The following shows the production process for a 6-foot-tall, 304 stainless steel hand sculpture. From order placement to completion, it takes approximately 40 days, with a price around $14,000. First, our designers create a 3D video of the sculpture, showcasing it from multiple angles. Once the customer confirms the design, our factory artists create a foam model. Based on this model, they cut the corresponding stainless steel sheets into the desired shape, weld the components together, and finally apply a 1080-degree high-polish finish. Once the customer is satisfied with the details, the sculpture is ready for shipment.
